I just got the 12 packet starter and made my first drink today. I used 1/4 cup HWC, 1T organic MCT oil (8, 10) about 1 c water with 1 cup ice in the blender. I didn't know that I was supposed to let it sit in fridge, so drank it right away. Delicious!

I used HWC for my first Keto Chow. I know it is very expensive, but OH MY GOODNESS it was delicious- Chocolate Toffee. Do you have a link to get any kind of discount for Keto Chow? I did tell them I learned about from you.

Iodine is sensitive to heat, so it's definitely going to evaporate if you put it in a pot and let it cook for hours 😄

I have been sick since Friday with a viral infection. Have not been able to eat much but have been doing water and electrolytes.

My 5 year old grandson loves the keto chow. Otherwise he will only eat cheese pizza, chicken nuggets (organic) low carb bread with butter, peanut butter (organic) a little monk fruit sugar and cinnamon. Sausage and the keto pancake recipe. Strawberries, banana and pears. That’s it. He won’t eat hamburger. I don’t know why. He won’t eat steak. His mother does not do keto or any low carb diet so I try my best to feed him that way at my house. He does love the chocolate keto chow and will always drink a cup of a shake. Or more sometimes. He will be with me all summer so I’m going to try a hamburger recipe and some chicken legs or something. It’s frustrating!!!!

Bear this in mind that this info is just over 20 yrs old when I worked at Discover Card shortly after high school. The merchant can contact merchant services to have the pre-auth removed. However, since Shopify is the one doing the transaction, Keto Chow still wouldn't be able to do anything on their end about it.

I once got someone else's packing slip and order in my box...just had to send pictures to customer service to get it all fixed...they replaced & express shipped the items I was shorted, and told me to enjoy the few extra packets that were in excess of what I'd ordered. I was surprised and pleased at how easy it all was. 😊

I sure didn't get the help I needed from customer service on email. I had to call and talk to a nice woman who helped me.

My integrative MD told me that malic acid is easily absorbed by the body and can really help the pain levels in those who have fibromyalgia, especially when it is with a magnesium.

Everyone at Keto Chow headquarters have excellent customer service skills. I have personally been helped before by Christian and Travis, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about their professionalism and friendliness! Other companies could learn so much from @KetoChow!

I was sent the wrong item in an order, and Customer Service wouldn't send me the correct item until I shipped them back the wrong product they sent to me. They gave me a return label, but driving downtown to the Post Office, so I could stand in line for an hour, wasn't something I wanted to do. I never got what I ordered.

I just got my first order, loving it 😊 I used whipping cream, some grass fed butter, Also the brand bulletproof French vanilla creamer ( has the MCT oil in it)

I love the fact it's better the longer it stays in the fridge, I'm always proud of myself if it can stay in there at least 2 hours 😊

I make chai in the morning and add the 1T of daily minerals and 2 drops of iodine plus some version of chocolate electrolytes. I can’t taste the minerals or iodine.

I have a question. Am I to late for an answer? Any on February 29th I was hospitalized because sodium was to low. I take another companies electrolytes every morning. Apparently not enough sodium for me. Will SALTT help to raise my sodium? I also sodium in my good but apparently still not enough. HELP. I don't want to take salt pills prescribed by my doctor.

My dear friend has worked with people with eating disorders for over 30 years. She says “don’t make food an issue”. I never fought over food, but kept good options at home. I didn’t try to control at school, events etc
